Returns and Refunds

Hardware

• Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less original outbound shipping (unless required otherwise by law).
• Opened or used hardware: contact us; returns may be refused or subject to restocking at our discretion, except where defective.
• Defective units: contact us within 30 days of delivery for repair/replacement options.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Software subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once access is provisioned, except where required by law. Cancel future renewals via your account or by contacting us.

International

International hardware sales are arranged offline; return terms will be stated in that quote.
