By using this website or purchasing products/subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.

Products

• Hardware: Physical Digital Kanban Boards (e.g. 32" Portable). Larger sizes marked Coming Soon are not for sale until listed as buyable.
• Software: Subscription licenses billed as described on the Plans page.

Orders & payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Authorize.net.

Shipping

Hardware shipping rates and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. International hardware checkout is not available online; contact us instead.

Returns

See our Returns Policy. Software subscriptions may have different rules from hardware.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping login credentials confidential. App access at app.bixplat.com may be provisioned separately after purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use products/services unlawfully.

Disclaimer & liability

Services and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. BixPlat’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
